With the beautiful weather, the relaxed nature of friends and family, and the lovely colors that this time of year is most known for, we find it be a wonderful time for couples to profess their love in through a wedding.<\/span><\/p>\n

We love helping couples plan this special day, and at\u00a0Zeidler\u2019s Flowers<\/span><\/a>\u00a0we often work with couples who want to add something a bit unique to their ceremonies. Although traditional ceremonies are lovely, these couples want to find some way to add their own personal touch to the wedding. When these couples ask us for advice, we often recommend looking at some of the modern trends anticipated for the upcoming summer. The expected summer 2015 trends, for example, are full of fantastic ideas for a modern touch to the day. Here are some favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n

Potted plants<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

One popular trend is using\u00a0potted plants for decorations and table adornments. These plants can be taken home by the guests or even the couple themselves after the wedding and be used to light up the home for months or years to come. For example, consider our\u00a0hyacinth planter<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that offers a brilliant blue color with a delicate beauty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bold colors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When it comes to a summer bridal bouquet, many brides feel restricted to pastels, but that is not true. We have created some\u00a0incredible bridal bouquets<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that incorporate red roses, hydrangeas, and lisianthus into an lovely arrangement that uses a burst of color. Red roses carry such a strong association with love that they are appropriate any time of year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Going a bit natural<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rather than restricting decorations around the reception hall to flowers in bloom, consider including some branches, leaves, and similar additions to the arrangements. It will give the decoration a more natural look that many have come to love. We particularly love this look on reception tables\u00a0<\/span><\/a>and find that when done right, it can add a bit of romance to the arrangement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Summer weddings are a fantastic time for couples to profess their love to one another.
